Dr. Graeme Saruk is a psychologist and co-founder of Sigmund Consulting. In his consulting work, Graeme has worked with companies from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, hospitality and financial industries, helping them to identify the emotional needs and barriers shaping their customer’s behaviour. He has written and spoken on a range of marketing-related topics, including understanding consumer motivation, approaches to qualitative market research, and the effect of emotion on consumer thinking and behaviour. In addition to his consulting work, he has worked as a clinical psychologist, conducted research, lectured and taught courses at a number of colleges and universities.
